Conscious Touch massage is a gentle yet deep form of bodywork that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. It combines mindful, intentional touch with a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe space where the body can soften, settle, and release held tension.
Rather than working forcefully, this massage listens to the body — allowing rest, ease, and a sense of being deeply cared for.

It is characterised by a soft, unhurried rhythm that nourishes and relaxes you (and feels amazing!), long, fluid strokes that feel like waves, quiet hands that hold without asking, delicate stretches that allow space into your body, and a quality of touch that is both grounding and soothing.
While always gentle and comfortable, the massage can go deeper when your body asks for it, releasing tension and pain, yet still feeling safe and pleasurable. A non-sexual touch that makes you feel cared for and deeply nourished.

Why The Body Matters
Stressful or overwhelming experiences can leave physical and emotional imprints.
The body may ‘hold’ these experiences through posture, muscle tension, breathing patterns, or nervous system responses — such as being constantly on alert, holding the breath, struggling to fully relax, or experiencing low mood and emotional heaviness.
Healing, therefore, isn’t only about talking or thinking, but also about working with the body in a safe, supportive way.

A woman & a mother myself. I’m a life coach and massage therapist specialising in women's care. I work with touch, presence, intuition and emotion. My path has been shaped by sensitivity, womanhood, motherhood, and a deep love for beauty in all its forms. Through Conscious Touch™, I create gentle spaces where women can rest, soften, and feel deeply cared for.
What To Expect
Imagine a big, warm hug in the shape of a massage.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, softly lit space with gentle music. We’ll begin with a brief conversation, which serves two important purposes: first, to help you feel comfortable and relaxed with me, and second, to allow you to land in your body and, if you wish, share a few words about how you are feeling that day so I can tune in to your needs. You can, for example, mention any physical or emotional discomfort or goals you may have for the session.
You’ll have the option to choose essential oils and let me know what music you’d like to listen to. If you’d rather not decide, don’t worry—I’ll take care of everything. A heated blanket is available to keep you cozy throughout the session.
I’ll leave the room so you can undress to the level that feels comfortable for you. When you’re ready, you can lie down on the massage table, cozy and covered with soft sheets, towels, and blankets. -
The session may begin with still holding hands or slow, intentional touch to help you relax and awaken body awareness. It is like asking for permission and starting gradually. Then, my movements will flow continuously across your body—back, arms, legs, and neck—like a gentle wave, or may stay in an area that is asking for more attention. The pressure is always adjusted to your comfort, although it will never be intense or forced, so as not to put your nervous system on high alert.
I may also invite subtle joint movements and gentle rocking to help release stored tension.
I encourage you to notice physical sensations and emotions without judgment, supporting full mind-body integration.
It’s best to keep conversation to a minimum so you can fully relax, but please feel free to communicate anything that would make the session more comfortable or enjoyable—if you’re too hot, too cold, uncomfortable with the music, or need any adjustment, I’m here to make it better.You may experience emotions, memories, or physical sensations—this is a natural and welcome part of the process. You can share them with me in the moment if you feel like it, or at the end of the session. It is also perfectly okay to keep them to yourself if that’s what feels right.

The session finishes with soft, gentle strokes and still hands to guide you into deep relaxation and closure. You’ll have a few quiet moments to absorb the effects before getting up.
