My work combines Californian Massage with techniques from different styles of massage, such as Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Lomi Lomi (traditional Hawaiian massage).

This holistic massage provides a great feeling of rest, relief, support and relaxation.
It is characterised by long, fluid and enveloping movements which generate a sense of integration in the entire body, giving space to release any tension, anxieties and blocked emotions that can emerge during a session.

The different strokes are performed with the hands, forearms and elbows, using oils and creams to help the movement flow and feel good. The massage may include passive joint movements and stretches as well as deep and precise work in the areas of more tension using deep tissue techniques.

Some of the essential characteristics that differentiate this manual therapy from others are the quality of touch and the state of presence– being here and now, with what you feel and what you need.
